Warm staff, amazing breakfast experience.

the room was musty,, but the breakfast selection was amazing,, from waffles to fresh fruit. also, staff delivered towels quickly when requested. easy location to access from the highway for quick trips around town.

The breakfast spread was a real gem, featuring a delightful variety to satisfy any morning craving. The location provides easy access to tasty spots like Sake Sushi Grill and Panera Bread, making every meal an adventure. Plus, the room was pretty clean and comfy for a good night's sleep.

But, the TV had a mind of its own, flicking on and off like it was trying to join the party. And that pesky PTAC unit? It clicked and clacked like it was auditioning for a role in a sound effect reel. Still, it was a decent stay overall!

great central spot to explore new bern’s historic sites

during my recent stay, I was impressed by the convenience of being just about a 20-minute walk from Tryon Palace and less than a 10-minute stroll from the beautiful Isaac Taylor Garden, making my weekend of city walking truly enjoyable. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the outdoor pool provided an excellent spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Our stay was really fun! The grandkids loved the beautiful pool and we enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. Exploring the New Bern Grand Marina nearby was a hit, especially with the kids running around and seeing the boats.

In my wife’s opinion, a bigger breakfast selection would make it better for families.

Just a good match for a weekend breather in New Bern, great for the money. I loved the complementary tea available all day, a nice touch since I'm not a coffee drinker. Check out is quick, so don't stress about timing.

The Hampton Inn provided a comfortable and clean room, especially appreciated after a long day of work. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting with all my inquiries promptly. The breakfast spread had a good variety, including freshly baked pastries and healthy options, making it easy to start my day positively.

Had a great experience with this lovely lady at breakfast, Delarena. She treated my kids like they were her own, really made us feel at home, which is something you don't find at just any hotel.
